MOATEY Terms of Use

1. Identity

These terms apply to the use of the website, application and services of MOATEY, part of Beleggingsinstituut BV, established in Volendam, the Netherlands, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 52690822.

2. Definitions

• Platform: the MOATEY website and application.
• User: anyone who creates an account or otherwise uses the platform.
• Account: personal access to the platform.
• Credits: the analysis credits available to a user, possibly within a free welcome period.
• Subscription: a paid or free subscription granting access to parts of the platform.

3. Service description

MOATEY offers an analytical tool for stock analysis based on its own framework. The platform shows scores, ratings, company data and supporting information. MOATEY is an information and analysis tool and does not provide personal investment advice.

4. Account and access

Full access to the platform requires an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login details secure. Misuse, account sharing and automated scraping of data are not permitted.

5. Credits and subscriptions

New users receive a limited number of free credits on sign-up, allowing them to unlock a maximum number of analyses. We also offer paid subscriptions. Current prices and options are listed on the pricing page.

Subscriptions can be taken out monthly or annually and can be cancelled at any time from your account settings. Refunds are only provided where legally required.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the platform — including texts, images, logos, code, algorithms, scores and reports — is the property of Beleggingsinstituut BV or its licensors. You may use this content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Copying, distributing or reusing it without permission is not allowed.

7. Rules of use

When using MOATEY you agree to the following rules:

• You use the platform solely for your own informational purposes.
• You do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems or other users' accounts.
• You do not share passwords, API keys or access tokens.
• You do not perform activities that harm the stability or security of the platform.

In case of a breach we may restrict or remove your account, temporarily or permanently.

8. Liability and investment disclaimer

MOATEY does not provide investment advice. All scores, ratings, analyses and reports are intended as educational and analytical information. Your investment decisions are entirely at your own expense and risk.

Beleggingsinstituut BV is not liable for direct or indirect damage arising from the use of the platform, except in the case of intent or gross negligence. In any event our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event causing the damage, subject to statutory minimum guarantees.

9. Privacy

The processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using MOATEY you agree to that processing.

10. Changes

We may adjust these terms and the platform from time to time. Material changes will be actively communicated. By continuing to use the platform after a change, you accept the new terms.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms and the use of MOATEY are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will in the first instance be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam.
